Bumper sag fix

Ok I searched and even tried clicking on the stickey but it says 404 page not found. First off how the hell does the rear bumper come off and secondly, how can I fix the sag issue as well as the fact that the sides of the rear bumer (under quarter panes) are at least 5/8" inside the quarters?

there are two nuts to remove on both sides of the bumper above the mufflers. then there are two screws at the wheel wells, iirc.

all you have to do is slot the bolt holes so you can move the bumper higher up.

as for the fit at the quarter panel I don't know if anyone has done anything about it.

I think that this may bother me even more than the sagging. Once I get the bumper off I think i will try to see if I can remedy it. Thanks for the info on how do get the damn thing off though!
