Best paint for 98 dash???

Hi everyone.
I'm changing my interior from tan to black/gray and i was wondering is there a good(inexpensive) paint that would not chip that i can use on the dash and a few other pieces inside the car???

ford never made a all black interior for this car? if so i can just do al swaps

lol yea sorta doing all at once

just need a mechanic then im back on the road xD
