so you're saying I won't be able to mount the mystique console like the one on the previous page in my 99 csvt. It looks like he has a mystique console on an svt. Perhaps I'm missing something.

Not sure what Beans meant, but for a Pre-98 console, you want to use a 95-97 Contour console. It will fit just fine.

Mystique console won't fit.

Yes, but make sure you get everything with the console otherwise you will be looking for the rest of the parts later. The HVAC trim is one that everyone misses. From the front it looks the same, but at the bottom where it tucks under is different between the two styles.

I think there might be like one or two small holes you need to make, but everything else is a direct bolt on.
