I have a 98 ford contour 2.5L up for sale. The car is complete and I need to sale the whole car at this time. I will admit the car needs to tendering love due to being beat on by the previous owner but it does run like a camp and I have had no issues with the car until about 2 months ago, just haven't had time to fix the issue do to married life, school and working but it's just minor. I am located in Las Vegas fyi. If I am not able to sale the car, then I will either part it out of sale it to the junk yard.
The good and bad are listed below.
Sale is set at $500
Good
Car does run
Resent tune up was completed
Automatic if you like that kind of thing
Car is in decent shape
Good Project car for some one that needs one
Motor great condition for 180k miles on it
New Starter
New Power steering pump and hoses (Complete)
new spark plugs
Power windows (work)
Tires are in decent shape
The car has been sitting for about 2-3 months
No Accidents since I have had the car
Title in hand
Bad
Major leak in the power steering pump (Once this is fixed, the car will run)
Car is not registered
CV boots are cracked
Trunk lid pressure opener is no good
Bushings on the front need to be replaced
Paint job needs to be done
The drivers door is hard to open from the outside. Son Decided to put the car in neatral (See picture)
