00 contour svt transmission whats the best fluid for it

Ok guys so here is my question i just swap the transmission out on my svt (thank you evil bolt put a hole on my trans) so i got one from a junk yard where i work ok back to my question im going to drain and fill the trans fluid and i just dont know what to use please help thank you guys

I just ordered some amsoil synchromesh. Heard great things sbout it. Full synthetic @ $12.70 a quart.

Ive never had any issues with mobil one atf... also royal purple.

Mobil 1 here. Been using it for years in all of my Fox Mustang T5's and in my SVT.

After dumping the stock ATF fluid and replacing it with Ford honey, my 175k trans shifts much better. It's expensive at about $20/qt. but it's worth it.

I've had it in my SVT with Torsen for about 18 months now. Not all that impressed actually. I've used Mobil-1 ATF, and regular Mercon 3 prior. Prefered Mercon 3 TBH...That was in Chicago.

Next change will be RP...
