New intake thread

please post pics of your intake set up for me to look at! i've searched around and i'm looking for the best solution for my 3L. i am looking mostly for a plastic box style with an open element filter like a K&N. factory look would be ideal, but anything thats not a hack job is on my list!

I have powdercoated pud heatshield and intake tube with a K&N filter. Intake temps never reach more than a few degrees above ambient. I'll try to get pics of it.

yeah that airbox is expensive even with a discount its not cheap. somewhere around 180 bucks

Don't forget about my intake. Apparently it filters out the occasional birds nest.
