I'm usually at the gym plus i really don't watch shows like that. if i watch TV, it's usually sports, speed channel & of course great fights - UFC - WEC - IFL !!!

no doubt !!
I can't wait to see the rich & rampage fight!! personally i think rampage might be too much, plus rich hangs his head when he fights and you can't do that with a puncher with knock out power in both hands like rampage!
another good fight coming up soon is WEC - Uriah & Jens Pulver!
This is for the 145lbs belt. I think Jens might eff Uriah up but i don't know. Both fighters are good all around so it should be a damn good fight.
