I paid like $520.00 2 day shipped for my hood, my trunk I got on a heavy discount from the original company that made them, so I dont know what they were selling them for.

i paid about 420 shipped for the trunk. i dont remember what i paid for the hood. i dont use hood pins either. i prefer to have it all smooth. no windshield squirts either

No! The CF hood dances around quite a bit. Before I destroyed mine I was scared to drive it on the interstate.

mine is just fine on the thruway. if you adjust it so its slightly lower than the body lines, the air doesnt shoot underneath it. plus, that latch is pretty strong, i wouldnt worry about it. many people dont use hood pins. in many cases, it will cause spider cracking in the resin where they were installed

i saw wa2tuffs hood back at the tony packos meet. was cracked pretty bad

Mine never has. I used a dremel at high speed to make the holes.
