my dad is going to get estamates to get the car fixed and painted. then we are taking them to court.
Good news ...
That's the way to do it, get estimates from body shops.
Actually, you only need one estimate so if you have a shop that you prefer to use, go there to get it. In PA you are allowed to go where you want, and do not have to have three estimates. One is all you need.

so my dad got quotes for the repair work. ranged from 3500-5000!!! my mother working the desk job on this wrote a letter to his mother. waiting on a response if they dont respond we will file with the court. my mom doesnt think we are going to get any money. so glenn i might be interested...
