My only question is, wouldn't the turkey and other things in there smell/have a slight taste of fish to them now?
not so much just tastes like apple ,hickory, mesquite ,and maple :drool: /I didn't really smoke the fish as shown it was in a tray :crazy:

Meh, I think Salmon is the only seafood I'll touch aside from Shrimp.
