The cost will be $175 for the 20' x 20' 25 vehicle tent. I am assuming we will have at least nine registered members, so expect to contribute $20 towards the cost of the tent...if I get more than what is needed, then I will refund each person accordingly. Don't forget, if we get 25 registered members, the tent will be provided at no cost and everyone will be refunded their full amount. Folks are free to post on their own when they paid and how much they donated. The tent reservation form is due May 17. If I don't have enough money by May 14, the form will not be sent in, the tent will not be reserved, and folks will be on their own.

In the Send Money window, please select the Personal tab then Payment Owed button so that I don't incur any fees.

As of last week, two people have registered under our club. Interested folks can pm me or post in this thread if they have any questions.

Sending my payment now as a "personal payment owed" so no fees are incurred (I encourage everyone else to do the same - in the Send Money window, select the Personal tab then Payment Owed button).
Let us know as time draws nearer to the date if you still don't have enough.
 
No problem and thanks for letting people know how to send so I don't incur any fees...I added that information to my original post.
 
+1 for organizing tent

We have some time before May 13th, so I will send money along after I get another pay check. Just started working again, so funds are a little tight. Of course now that I'm working I'll have enough money to go in the first place! :laugh:

I get paid friday, I'll be paying bills and then registering for AFN and pitching in for a tent. I might do more than $20, just to help out.

Sorry about me not getting in when I said i would. I'll be reg./tent this weekend.

As for the logo...bring a sharpie! We're gonna have to put our own twist to that...
