How are the sideskirts secured to the CSVT?

Hey everyone. So I've noticed that my passenger sideskirt is slightly loose and I'm going to want to fix that here in a few weeks. The problem is, I won't know how it is secured until I get the car out in the boondocks at the vacation home where I have a garage and jack so I can see what I'm working with.

Are they secured with just mounting tap? Or are there any bolts/screws that secure it? What about the jack point covers? How are they secured? I have one that is hanging down just a tad. I haven't found anything already on the forum about this so any help would be great. Thanks!

I want to say the sideskirt has a bolt in the front and rear wheel wells and like hanging brackets. My jack covers had like double ended plastic like zip tie things. I have no idea what they are called.
