hey,
my 94 Mondeo with teh teeny 1,6 Zetec 4 has a problem with part throttle conditions lately. whenever only part throttle is applied, especially in between 2k and 3500 rpm, it´s hella rough, mainly in 2nd and occasionally in 3rd gear. it´s not a biggie, just annoying, so i was wondering if any of you out there has had the same problem or a suggestion what to look for. i have spark plugs and an air filter with 20.ooo miles on it, otherwise most of the stuff has been on the car since new (140.000 mls).
oh, maybe this is of interest, the car has had stalling issues for 40 or 50.000 miles when cold, but after the first mile or so it runs smooth.
any help would be highly appreciated, especially since pulling codes didn´t help (a Sunn motortester didn´t provide any results and the local MoFoCo dealers don´t have a diagnostic tool for cars this old anymore...)
