Just got off the phone with Stebro
I have some good news for all you people in the states. The price which was quoted includes Ontario sales tax of 15% so the price is actually
$695 
Anyhow if you would like cat's they could add two bullet cat's at an extra cost (I forgot to ask how much
, will ask and let you all know).
If you want resonators they can add two resonators at the end near the tips
(I don't think it will cost extra)
As you said aluminum is lighter but it also costs much less
