Its up north. I don't think its ever been around these parts before. My guess is that it was bought at an auto auction by this dealer. I know there was a black CSVT near Moorland and Cleveland Aves. in New Berlin and I have seen another near St. Fair park in West Allis recently too. (Sorry for you non-locals who don't know the area
