ok everyone, here's the tenative food list for the EOSB. i'm going to post what we need, and you guys can pm me with what you'll bring. i'll keep a running tab of who's bringing what, and i'm going to keep it all posted in the open so we know who is bringing what (and so we know who is mooching!!). Also if your bringing a friend they need to donate money or bring a dish as well.
also, if you want to bring something not on the list, feel free to pm me with that as well, and i will add it.
i'm estimating food for @ 50 people with about %10 extra for stragglers.... for the larger quantity items, i'll put in parenthesis what an individual can bring)
75 burger patties (appx. 10 per donation)
75 hot dogs (appx. 25 or so per donation)
75 buger buns
75 hot dog buns
6 little caesars $5 pizzas (1 or 2 each)
10-12 bags of chips (3-4 per donation)
3 jars of salsa
potato salad
macaroni salad
fruit
cookies
15-20 misc 2 liters (5-10 per donation)
5-10 bags of ice
cups, plates, utencils, napkins
ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese, onions, etc...
beer (byob!) Unless you guys wanna get a keg?
i will also be accepting cash contributions of $5 minimum (more if you feel generous) in lieu of bringing food. i will apply this to any foods that aren't being brought (most likely the burgers and dogs, where i can buy in bulk).

i won't be buying any of the food or anything until the day or so before the event, that way we don't buy anything we don't need.
the next post will have a list of all likely attendees and what they will be bringing/contributing. i will pm all CEG'ers individually about this as well.

Also on a side note, the person who drives the furthest will get a door prize!
