When I dyno'd my Cougar I did 50 pulls at around 210wtq with no slip on a stock clutch with around 50k miles. Did one nitrous pull with 276wtq with no slip.
Remember, the SC will put out less TQ than a turbo. For around 200whp, I'd say just get a new stocker. Though, if you plan on peeling out from every light, then an upgrade might be good.
