$250 is a pretty decent deal for HID's even more so for Rebased bulbs (lame). I suppose as long as its not some unknown korean ballast its all gravy. For what its worth, I paid 200 shipped for a Hella Gen 4 (Goonz ->
) system, and 50 for 4300k bulbs.
if these bulbs die, or the next time I retrofit for my car ill be stepping up to a ~5000k range. I might not even need to however, because if you use projectors you can attain any 'color' you want by modifying the cut off sheild a few mm.
