It's the shop's golfcart.
You shoulda seen him. He couldn't wait for us to leave.
He's like "all done guys? anyone else need to go?"
We said "nope" and were walking away, when he pulled the cart out of the garage. We stopped dead in our tracks and scrambled back to get footage.
One of the kids that worked there said they dyno all sorts of silly stuff - like those pocket bikes (which get 3 hp btw).
