Fuel-Pump relay checks out fine in place of Horn relay !

CEL lights up with KEY-ON/RUN & goes away on crank , so PCM is fine !

i found out that it's very rare for the f/p regulator to quit , so I MUST HAVE THE LOWER INTAKE OF FUEL PUMP BLOCKED ?

would you all figure the car will START if i : FILL UP THE GAS TANK SO THAT THE FUEL CAN BE FED VIA THE UPPER INTAKE OF THE FUEL PUMP ???
