Matt, I just paypal'd you the extra $1.50,. I got the envelpoe today but there were no badges inside of it and there was a big tear in the front of it. It was also sealed in a bag from the USPS saying my mail was found loose or damaged(if you don't believe me I'll be more than happy to forward it to you unopend so you can see)..
Hopefully the second time around goes a little better.
