Granted, small claims court filing fees may be good money down a hole if you did not find her employer or bank to garnish, for after you get your judgment on her. You could first see if she wants to discuss an installment plan, and while discussing that, find out where she works. Then ask her where she has a bank account, you want to see if she could write you a first check against what she owes you, maybe she'll blurt out where her account is. And you can threaten her with having her license revoked. Sometimes that gets their attention, but sometimes they're just deadbeats and already suspended.
