Did you try calling them? I've called them a couple times, and someone always answered..... and answered all my questions.
I just ordered a steeda knob for my steeda shifter
Right after i sent the email, i got one back from them. they said they sent out an email with my total and sent the shifter out yesterday. and that it prolly went in my spam folder. I told them my email address is a private one and there is no spam folder or blocker on it. they seemed to have no answer. Needless to say im still mad, but at least my shifter is on its way.
