quick question in regards to bypassing the factory amp. the way i understand the link, it is for use with an aftermarket amp. all im doing is keeping the factory amp and speakers and just putting in my kenwood hu (aftermarket), now to bypass the amp, i have the harness for the headunit and a bypass harness (70-5513), to my understanding, i have to take the gray wire that is running from the amp with the small end piece and cut it to connect it to the the other half of the hu harness that isnt plugged into anything??? Sorry i know there were diagrams and all but to me it sounds as if that was for an aftermarket amp being used. your help is greatly appreciated.
