so, i know that most people don't have the hardware to actually find out, but if you have to hazard a guess, what would you say the max boost pressure a newer 3.0L could run before cylinder walls started distorting? brain is wandering, just thought i would ask?

the first thing that will break will be the pistons!

id say 10psi would be safe IF you got a good tune, and definetaly an intercooler

"To date" they have handled roughly 330/330 at the wheels. (Tom's car)


Please feel free to test above that. I'd like to know their limitations as well.
