Do you already have your brake pads and rotors? Are they custom rotors? It should not take you long to install them. Maybe 1 to 2 hours at most.

June meet in Vancouver is possible I think, but hard now that it's getting into June quickly. So either later in June or 1 week of July how about?

He has a supplier he is working with, quantities are not limited.

I am sure the quality is great for the price, but he isn't exactly quick on order fulfillment. I sent a check over two weeks ago.

Mind you, I am not complaining, just don't expect the quality of service from him that you would get from an established company. He is doing this more as a favor for those looking for brakes.

The rotors are Autospecialty, the pads are Bendix.

Yeah, it won't take long but I can't install them when they are not here.

alright atleast I know I don't have to buy them thursday. thought he had like one set lol. my sisters boyfriend is stiffing me the money on a asus p4p800 deluxe, wants to make sure it works before giving me the money. I mean come on. I bought it brand new, tried using it, but my graphics card's heat sinks were hitting the memory, so I couldn't install my brand new graphics card so i bought and MSI, stuck the old one in the box, and waited for someone who would buy it. Now he is complaining about it might not work. wtf... anyways. where is the meet gonna be again?

No one had suggested a meeting place, but I think the 26th would be perfect for a nice long run over Hwy 20 (Cascade Hwy) out to Winthrop for lunch. The more adventurous might want to ponder a run all the way out to Grand Coulee, then back through Wenatchee and back over Steven's Pass. It is the drive I did two years ago (ALONE!!!) and it is a blast. Hwy 20 is good for nice twisty action and the roads in Eastern Washinton are generally well paved and wide open. I drove at ludicrous speed.

We could meet up at the WalMart in Bellingham around 9. It would be an all day drive, but well worth it. Since my new fuel pump, brakes and new tires should be on by this weekend (I hope) I should have a chance to break everything in by the 20th.

Oh yeah, I am getting Falken ZE-502's all around on Friday.

New rubber AT LAST!

Wow, that is an amazing drive. Yes, I remember your trip alone. That was ricer day for me! I'm still pissed about that. I might be in for that drive on the 26th, but if I go I won't be in my SVT. It's still garaged over stupidity issues. That should be about when I finish the engine and transmission swap in my brother's car and it will need some breaking in. Fresh 300HP 350 engine and snappy transmission...it'll keep up I think! Maybe not with the crap exhaust I have to put on it, but oh well. I'm supposed to pick up the engine late this week and the trans anytime, so I'll get back with you guys!

I did forgive you for not making it. Damn ricers. Once I got about halfway to Diablo Lake, I broke through the clouds and it was f'n beautiful.

Hitting the rev limiter on those EW roads was a real kick in the pants too.

What is the stupidity issue? Anything I can help with? I would love to see you SVT again. Bring the Turbo Monte! It should only cost you 40-50 in gas.
