is there any place i can buy new (or maybe upgraded) bushiings for the front control arms, mine are rotted away on my car and my parts car!

Not on any. Less pricey on the later cars, though.

As usual, the best source is Signature LM. I think it's around $250 for the set, vs over $300 at BAT.

sorry to steal your post but i have the same problem with a 1998.5 svt. could i change the bushings or do i have to change the whole control arm? thanks for any help

From BAT pre98 is about $150 each side, post 98 is like $75.

How come fordpartsonline sells just the bushings if they cant be replaced?
