Anyone know if Zaino is gettable in Toronto? Gotta do some waxing tomorrow. Gonna go to CT and get a new Clay Bar, and was gonna get some Zymol, but as everyone seems to be raving about Zaino, thought I would give it a try. Haven't found any info that it is available thru any regular retail channels in Toronto, but maybe someone knows better.
Thanks
Erik

Zaino is mainly mail-order. However, there is a gentleman named Tom from www.carpolish.ca who sells the stuff at various shows and home. He was just at our Annual General Meeting last week.

There's a special online kit available for $127 CDN, before taxes. That includes two clay bars, detailing spray, base coat, swirl/scratch masker, polish, two applicator pads, and an accelerant kit.

Both lauraq and I use Zaino

I personally don't wax the car unless it is over 15 degrees. From what I understand the wax doesn't cure right otherwise. Is this a myth?

That's true.

Even things like humidity also affect wax drying times. For example, on a hot humid day it will take longer to dry. Normal waxes and polish require you to do it in the shade. Zaino claims you can do it in the sunlight. Haven't done it yet...who knows.

For those in Windsor or passing through, you can buy Zaino in the Devonshire Mall at a barber shop of all places.

They stock almost every Zaino item, makes it very convenient.

Yup...they are a great place. One place where they actually washed your hair AFTER a hair cut. I believe the place was called The Barber's Chair.

They also have a location at Erin Mills Town Centre (2nd floor) and somewhere in Richmond Hill.
