All who were there yesterday know what these codes mean. I have been researching and the cause is least likely to be the O2 sensors themselves. According to Keith these were just recently changed. Here is a cut and paste with some info. P1131 Lack Of HO2S1 Switches, Lean (Bank 1, Sensor 1) P1137 Lack Of HO2S1 Switches, Lean (Bank 1, Sensor 2) These codes usually do not indicate a problem with the O2 sensor. Rather, the O2 sensor is correcting rich due to an overly lean air/fuel ratio. Check Base Engine Idle, EGR, Fuel System and Air Induction System. Apparently the usual cause of these codes is either low fuel pressure, dirty MAF sensor or a vacuum leak. Often when major changes are made these codes will come on and then go away when the car has had time to make the necessary adjustments. If either one of these codes had appeared on it's own we could be suspect of a O2 sesor. Due to the nature of our meet yestesday and the carnage we caused or removed it is safe to say the O2 sensors are still good.

"CHECK BASE ENGINE IDLE"
While you guys were out, I was thinking that it may be the throttle hang plug is too small, or maybe it needs to be pulled out. The plug may be causing the IAC to open too far to maintain base idle.
Another thought is that the MAF is fubared. (NFG)

We did play with some vacum lines behind the EGR. Mark you remember cause you broke the end off one of them when taking out the fitting. Double check the hoses or that it didn't break lower down.
Also you might want to try and put back on the jug to the IAC first instead of trying more TH plugs. Then if you don't get a code you know that's it.
My car wouldn't run well and I always had the moose no matter which plug so tried, so I had to put those pieces back on.

Well I had the thoughts about the a vacuum leak on the way home last night. I forgot about the TH fix being done so yeah I'll just pull that too for Keith. I would like to see the codes gone before Keith heads home today. Just so he has nothing to fear on the 401. Not that there is a indication pf anything to majorly wrong right now. Just the car getting used to its new lease on life.

Hopefully you will not need one. You could always reinstall your moose fix. Mark will know what that is.

K moose fix reinstalled. I'm just going to go test drive and see if I can get the codes back. Heres hoping not to see orange or Keith will see red. Also traced all vacuum lines they seem in order. Only other thought I had and my soldering skills suck here so I can't recall. Is solder conductive? I only ask because we had a heck of a time with the IAC wire. If they are linked with onlyy solder holding them and no connection???

So here is the thing. The cel came back. This was after the moose fix was reinstalled. Now there is a simliarity to the CEL each time it has come on has been after the car was driven once and turned off with no problems. Then after the car sits for as little as 10 minutes. Is restarted and driven less then a kilometer the light comes on. Does this help to narrow the feild? We did clean the UIM and EGR ports last summer and will pusue that in the next few weeks. Any other ideas?
