I have broken my headlights, and am willing to pay someone to take apart my headlights for me.

Of course after I get a new housing.

Any takers??
Anyone got tips on how to do it other than the heat gun screw driver method I used?

I'll bring them to you!!

Toaster Oven. You can set the temp, heat uniformly, re-heat before assembly, and there is good control via a window. I've heard of people using ovens also.

Ummmmm no.....NEVER put your headlights in the oven.....you will screw them up.......you can take apart the headlights with a Dremel and a good cutting wheel.

i put my wrx head lights in the oven to remove those FUGLY orange blinker covers a week after i bought the car. theres nothing wrong with them at all.

EDIT
I should mention, that if these are pre 98 head lights forget about it it wont work with the oven thing. I dunno how the post 98 head lights are whether they use a glue or they are molded together like the pre98's.
