I have searched, and there has never been a definitive answer.
Will 215/55/15 fit on stock 205/60/15 rims?
(Rim is a pre-98 6 spoke sport rim)
Some have said 205 is max width for the stock rim,
and a few have claimed fitting a 225 on the stock rims.

IIRC its a 6 inch wheel, so busting your a$$ you could fit a 225, but 215 should fit fine with little buldge

Yeah , 215 should work,, I think it was buckshot that fit 235s on a 6".

i ran 225/50/15 on my stockers with not much bulge. the guy at the shop was like their not gonna fit their not gonna fit. Ha they fit and worked great. Yokohama avs es 100 are great tires.
