well i never did get the drawing but the hood scoop will look somthing like this

just curious as to how a 'moving hood scoop' works...

How far are you along on this? Is it for pre-98?

its basically connect to the computer...basically when u hit a certian rpm...the hood scoop opens and allows for fresh air to get when the engine needs it most...it will probably be set to open with your secondaries

well you can do the ram air process similar in the '73 Mustang Mach1. My dad owns one and it uses a vacuum type to open the ram air scoops.

Maybe you can have it pop up like the old Mopars had, but use a current animated character, like Cartman for instance

well we just got a hood in to make the prototype. the will be for all contours, and mystiques will come later if they want it

we were going to do somthing like that but we decided that we are just going to do it manually. open and close will be the settings. we might do a dial switch so you can adjust how high you want it to go to a max of 2-2.5 inches.

I thought the scoop was gonna be on the side over the intake with possibly (but not necessary) a matching one on the passenger side.
