They may have said they were waiting for a list, but I doubt they expect to be doing all that work without cost to the consumer.
I guess I don't know. I don't really know many details, other than pretty much everyone got the shaft but Matt, and I guess driving out there was the only real way to get any Kaotic product (it was a hell of a trip though).

We may not need that signed paper. Andys is on record having said they're waiting for a list. Getting that, they would be obligated to follow through with what they are on record as saying - they'd make kits.
Note that they also say 2 other things:
1> We have not received any funds, and have not yet been provided any information regarding specific people who need to have orders fulfilled
Which, to me anyways, seems that Andy's wasn't going to make all these kits and get nothing but just a mold -- Chris was paying them some amount as well. Money they, apparently, never received.
2> The contract was never finalized, meaning they have no obligation whatsoever to do anything once you give them a list, however you go about doing it.
Andy's does say they are waiting for a list -- but they say that only as a secondary condition to the contract being finalized first. There is obviously more than just a list that Andy's is waiting on.

as far as i see and and as the law sees it, chris and tony owned the company, therefore responsible for the companies actions (chris). Chris made a contract with andys, proven by the posts and the phone calls that they have answered, so therefore chris and tony are therefore responsible fot the orders. If chris makes a contract representing his company then tony (who is also "the company") is able to hand over the list and finish their side of the contract. Now tony can hand chris (from andys) the list because the contract was made between kaotic inovations and andys. If no one wants to comply with the andys-kaotic contracts then they are breaching ceg's contract between us and kaotic. Andys recognises that they need to supply us with our products. If noone does their part then out lawyers will do their parts. And yes that does mean that chris and tony will go down first. Tony this is your chance to get out of it, dont be stupid and ignore us. Either get them the list, or get chris to get the list to andys. Andys needs to understand that they will be held responsible also.

Tony, really man, get the list to Andy's. For the sake of everyone else, not me. I doubt I'll ever see my $75 back. Though I should be on that list, because I KNOW I was on YOUR company's website as having paid that $75. You may say Chris did everything, but you can't tell me you just stood there and didn't realize anything or have anything to do with what's going on. Either way, you're still involved in this, so it's up to you to fix it or get Chris to fix it.

my only question to all this is why hasn't anyone sued Nirish or Kaotic. Everyone here that thinks this is going to pan out is smoking something. They took your money and ran. If nobody is going to step and take action you might as well kiss everything goodbye. Where is Nirish in all of this?

We're entitled to kits/money from Kaotic or Andy's depending on the contract between them and Kaotic. Nirish was just one of us, trying to get something good done for the contour community, and he's still in it with us.

as far as i know.. eric did sign paperwork saying he would conplete the bulkbuy and i have someone that was there at the time.. other than chris. and how he says there was no recipt of funds.. well.. as far as i knew.. he wasn't getting any money.. it was molds.. for kits to be delievered to the remainder of the bb.. i'll see if i can get ahold of chris.. i have to on another matter he got me in the middle of.. i'll see if i can get a copy of the list and take it to eric myself and find out what's up.. if i can get this over with for you guys.. i will
