Ok guys, I have not heard form Nirish...I lost his number and for some reason (maybe my own bad) i got my e-mail set back.
I will gladly talk to my unlce if any of you would like to form a Lawsuit and begin to get the ball rolling. He is on a seperate case right now and possibly for the next month and a half, but if you guys are serious about getting you money back i can talk to him and see if he still can help (i told him about it months ago, but Nirish did not take the offer..so he couldn;t sit and wait)...But if he cannot take it, it is possible one of his associates might be able to.
I will talk to him tomorrow and see what he can do.
If anyone is serious, i reconmend you all get together, and bring as much infomation as you possibly can, so if he can help, then you guys come prepaired... I will talk to him soon.

All CEG needs from his is a freakin' list. If we could contact him & have somebody with some backup give him a 'complete as possible' list of people who are owed items, we could have him sign the document & present it to Andys for fullfillment or refund.

Ha, you don't understand what kinda people we're dealing with if you think that'll work. None of the people involved (not talking about nirish) care to get anyone's kit made or anyone's money back.

Dam this sucks! Something finally seems to come around for these neglected and underrated cars and this is what we end up with. I really wanted to get in on this group buy too but didn't have any money and my car was broke. I hope every one get's what is rightfully theirs. I never trusted Chris ever since he smashed up his own car to get insurance money.
My Zetec died one too many times so I got a new car.
