I commend you for your actions, and I am sure everyone on here is greatly appreceitive(sp) of your hard work. If all Chris has to do is give a list or get sued, it seems simple to me. Than again we are dealing with the challenged

KnuKonceptz, I commend you on your lead in this matter. I'm not part of this group buy fiasco, but I would like to know if there are any legal expenses that will be incurred that you may need some reimbursement for. I'll help out where I can.
Even if there are no expenses at this point, keep track of your costs so whatever happens, your fellow CEGers could perhaps help out - if needed.
If this all goes to court, it is likely that somebody else will foot the bill, but until then you're on the hook for the legal fees. Anybody who gets the benefit of your action should be willing to help out.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Thanks for the support guys, so far there hasn't been any real expenses. That however will be changing in the near future and will need the 18 people that are listed in Nirish's statement to PM me on how far they are willing to go on this. Basically what is worth to us to sue Chris?

Anyone know how i can get a hold of Terry.. yeah right.. Also i purchased my body kit directly from andy's autosport and is finally being delivered 3/19/2004. I am tracking every mile...  as for my money Terry has..  I have no idea how to get a hold of him. Or what steps to take.

What did they charge you for the whole kit? What about shipping? I am fortunately only out the deposit, so i'm thinking about just buying the front from Andys. Make sure you keep us updated on this, and if you could post pics when you receive your kit that would be helpful.

I only have $75 into this, so I'm not willing to put more than that in. Also, I would only be willing to put some in if I was gauranteed some back, which I believe is impossible. Though I will do any non-financial support I can offer, just PM me if you think there is anything I can do. Also if I was to get $75 back, I'd reimburse $25-$50 of it to whoever gets this done.

If I had $75 into the body kit, I would walk, no, run away...hopefully we can do something for your situation as well, but I do not think Andy's will be making a hood.

Its Friday 3/19/2004 and my shipment is in. Well at the shipping dock so I'll pick it up after work. Pictures will be posted.
The price was 799 flat. The shipping was free well for me, that day. I just happen i orderd the kit when they had a free shipping week. But i would imagine shipping would of have been like 200-150 some where around there..
