I have been talking with Eric about our situation and he does acknowledge that kits are owed. So it comes down to Chris getting a list to him. I have forwarded him as much info as I had available. If anyone receives anything from Andy's please post it here. If nothing happens, more exhibits are ready for viewing.......

So who am I supposed to be getting my refund for my deposit from? Andy or Chris?

Thr group of us has to figure out what we are going to do about this situation. It seems as if those who want their money back have not made any progress in taking some kind of action to get refunds.
Also, a couple CEGers have called Terry Knight, Jr. and he refuses to take their calls, too.

Andy's has nothing to do with a refund. I do not know the details of the agreement between Chris (KI) and Andy's, but it appears that Andy's "purchased" the mold by fulfilling our outstanding orders. So Andy's will not nor should they refund us any money.
If you expect a refund for the hood or anything else you will have to deal direct to Chris or Terry.
I will have some more info for you guys tomorrow, got a few calls to make

Not to [censored] at you guys what what have you done other than other than post here to find this Chris guy ?
- Have any of you called a lawyer ?
- If any of you have called a lawyer, is he only representing you ?
- It might be more of an 'attractive' case for a lawyer if he can represent all of you that are affected by this issue.
- All of you, please organize all your paperwork and correspondence regarding this matter. You will need it when you go to the lawyer.

Nyceboi can you do me a big favior. I paid for the body kit too, it was paid in full. I know that you never receved the money from me but I payed Terry. He had to give it to someone because it was on the web site as paid, and all you needed was the shiping, and that is what I sent you. I am asking is there any way you can get me some sort of doc. saying that the kit ws paid for. I dont have the web site page that stated I paid for it any more. I would like to print this for my lawyer. thanks so much

This will aid those of us seeking refunds from Terry as well. Do not message me or say that you are not on the HTML list - like I said it is the original list which has not been updated.
My doc list shows payments made to me for the kit which i payed to chris - the html list shows general payments from Terry as well.
