I'm getting some rims... 14 x (whats this #) 6?

The "6" is the width of the wheel. 14x6 is a 14" high wheel, 6" wide.

Please tell me you're not going to get 14's, OMG. Go to Tire Rack or Discount Tires Direct and get a wheel/tire package with at least 16X7's. Your car and your eyeballs will thank you.

Does anyone know if 14"x 5.5" rims will fit a '96 SE? (I want these for snow tires). Tire Rack's website seems to indicate No.

One of the stock sizes, at least for my "00" Tique, is 195X70X14 which is the same height as the 205X60X15's that came on it. I'd say unless there's a conflict, which I doubt, with your rotors, they should fit. Go to a local tire shop, or call, they should be able to tell you.

The only other problem might be the bolt pattern.
