Tommorow begins a new QOTD tournament. Anybody interested in participating in the tournament please chime in. If you would like to provide a question for the tournament, you must not be a contestant. Please send questions to honkeytonkmonkey@yahoo.com If I use your question in the tournament, we'll send you this Motor Week T-shirt... what? Oh sorry, you don't get a fukin thing. Let the games begin... maybe this time there will be more than just two contestants and thier mildly retarded friend... assclown... drool... zzz...

Keep it coming, the more people in the better. Where's Warmonger? From what he says in his posts he knows everything in the universe laugh . And where's Aaron... he must still be upset for having lost the first game to Roland.

Roland, my dog wants his anal virginity back. Oh, and he misses your manly 2" long girth.

This time around, we need to do this with some class. No silly questions and no stupid poop jokes. This will be a serious thing this time around. The first question will be posted just before noon. After that it wil alternate between morning, noon, night. This way everybody has a chance to get in the first answer. Also this time I expect punishment to be caried out (right Aaron?) So get ready, the first Q will be in a couple hours. smile

Dave is a tit. It's still only 11:00 in Saskabush. As you all know, we go by Saskabush time... except for Dave, who thinks he's better than all of the rest of us.. shame on you Dave! Be a little patient! BTW the question will be asked by a celebrity guest who should be showing up any minute now. He was one one of the greatest actores of all time.

Okay then here is our guest star...

David Hasselhoff!

Hey everybody! Here's today's question. To get the points you must provide a link proving your claim. If you give a wrong answer, Honkeytonk is going to send you a nude photo of himself.

Question 1:

What was the first car stereo to feature a motorized faceplate? Give the Brand, model number, and if possible a picture.

Bonus 1:

What was the first car stereo to have an anti-theft face plate? Brand, model, and pic also.

Kenwood model KRC-9011 MASK unit i believe was first motorized, pioneer had one of the first flip downs in there Double din CD/Cassette combo, JVC also may have had the first flip down with there model 919 cd player.

I believe the Sony had the motorized flip down face well before kenwoods KRC-9011 but the Kenwood was the first to flip around to conceal it.

I am thinking that the pioneer double DIN was correct but I can't find a link to prove it....yet...

ok i might be digressing here, but here is my shot......is this a matter of technicality here honkey? if it is, maybe i am on to something...but kenwood has 2 different kinds of mask tech....i remember something like the kenwood KDC-s4009? or something like that which had d-mask+ which was motorized whereas d-mask was manual.

The sony CDX-C910 had a motorized face. It was released sometime around 97. It was before the d-mask++++ or whatever it was called, i believe.

Kenwood's MASK was first introduced in 97 as well, I know that for sure (started my job then and my friend bought one for his car within a few months)

Edit: CA&E April 97 Directory (I keep em all)
List the Kenwood KDC-9007 with MASK FacePlate Retraction; Sony CDX-910 is listed as a Removable faceplate radio, no mention of motorization in the listing

It is removable, but a motor opens the face to allow you to insert a CD.

Okay then, next question:

Why does Dave always talk about my Grandma having sex with a dog?

Bonus: What feels better on the way out? Corn, Chili, or a 2 lb block of cheese?

Good luck, and may the force be with youse.

dave is jealous of my relationship with your dog\gramma dogma
bonus is it depends how it enters your system, and also on the utensil\applicator used.
p.s. sorry about the last question but i've never seen an eclipse deck nor heard one,if i would of answered it would of been the same sort of useless dribble u hear from the other contestants

Chris gets confused when we talk about sex? Hmmm... Haven't you ever "checked the oil"? wink laugh Anyways, since Roland's answer was correct, he gets 1 point and Dave looses his for shifting his erotic feeling for my grandma to Roland... what a homo

As for the bonus, nobody answered it at all besides Roland? WTF it was an easy question! A block of cheese feels the best on the way out since it takes so long! Next question at dinner time...

The score:
Dnewma04 - 1
El Contouro - 2
ticked - 2 lesbians in a hot tub (mom and grandma)
APT - 0 because he am afraid of the pressure of competition
KnuKonceptz - Probably quit because this game sucks...

Why are factory stereos, even "premium" stereos like the mach 460 always crappy?

Bonus:How does the Bose accoustic wave stereo produce such great sound that even a $10000 home theatre can't match it's performance?

:p

Because a three legged, horny moose, that's missing one ear, was the chief designer of the systems.

Since you're Canadian (I'm sorry), that $10000 must be Canadian dollars. Which is like $1.39 in US dollars, and $1.39 home theaters suck, so it's not too hard to beat them.

Jeff, only Honkeytonk is supposed to ask the questions!

Hey, I have finally decided to make an appearance. I have been working and doing the school thing. I will say that it has been INTERESTING reading this string of posts, and I cannot say that I will be a worthy contestant. However, if it comes to discussing the merrits of your grandmothers' getting ass raped by clowns and small farm animals, then I will try to measure up to the standards I see here. :p

warmonger

throw out another question, I have to warn you guys...I didn't know even one answer to the questions I read tonight. I could guess the answers to the last two however.

wink

Because the speakers are not made by Lambda Acoustics....

Ah, you are all wrong! Infidels! You will suffer... or some sh!t like that, I don't know anymore... So Mr. Warmonger, the smartest man in the universe has decided to grace us with his all knowing presence. Yay. (I hope that didn't seem sarcastic, I really am so very excited... yay.)

The reason the factory stereos are all crap is because they aren't trying. Do the following:

Get into your car and tell the stereo that if it doesn't start sounding like gold, you'll stick your fist in it's slot (don't use this trick on the GF, she'll dump your ass) Out of fear, the stereo will start sounding like the greatest stereo on earth. If it doesn't it means your stereo is gay.

Bonus: The reason the Acoustic wave system sounds better than a home theatre (even if it has the Unity Horn) is because it has two 4" speakers playing through crumpled up plastic pipes, just like the technology used in the Waveradio, which I have 10 of.

I'm dissapointed... frown

BTW, this is for you Jeff. Thanks go to El Contouro for the pic...

I am just interested in where this string of posts is going.

It usually goes straight down the sh!tter.

Today's Question:

How many bowls of chili would you have to eat to rip off a 180db fart?

Bonus: How many db could you add with a can of Dr. Pepper, or as I like to call it: Can of fart?

well, as long as you can produce a fart that last over one second, and you can position yourself in the right position to allow your butt checks to push air the fastest and quickest, then it would take only one bowl of chili to produce that loud of a fart.......

I disagree... if we are talking about run of the mill, out of the can,Wendy's Chili, the quantity of Chili is infinite...not possible.

If its real, 5 alarm, homemade, melt your Pallete Chili, I'd say 14.4 bowls R.M.S..... laugh

it all depends on the porting of your anal cavity plus the accoustic qualities of a good porcelien speaker box.as long as theres a good seal 180 db should b no problem pr fart helps especially with the repititive trance type ass bass lines.more points 4 me

Do you have a diagram for that? Where is the best place to mount the microphone? Would this be in an outlaw SPL competition? If that was the case, you could place the mike on the inside of the box? eek

El Contorno,

You have it all wrong you need some sort of acoustic boost for you fart. A huge horn attached to your rectum would be fine.

This is a loaded question really. People like el contorno who had their ass used a little too often by prison mates will be able to produce deeper bass than a woman, for instance, who we all know isn't physically capable of farting.

My answer is 12 bowls. smile

Whoa you guys don't want to use that much chili! More does not equal better or louder. If you get too much chili in there you will block off the outlet making the fart into a stain on your shorts. The following diagram should help out:

As you can see, Roland would only require 2.1 bowls of chili to break the barrier. Now Roland is loose from all those prison "oops I dropped the soap" episodes. So his pressure is only 12 psi. If you had a tight end like me the pressure would be significantly more!

i have noticed putting ice in the bowl helps shrink the anal cavity giving u a tighter ass bass plus feels really nice on the back spray if u r eating burning rectum chili.

Yes.

Speaking of schlongs. Elephants have big schlongs. If you've seen them on the Discovery channel mating, then you'd understand.

have you ever seen a Blue Whale schlong? I'm pretty sure that it's bigger than an entire elephant.

Dave looses all his points and must spend the weekend sandwiched between Regis and the fat guy from Family Fued. I will post pics of these events after the weekend.

Today's question:

What vehicle (2001 model) currently comes with the most speakers in it's factory setup? This includes subwoofers, mids, and tweets.

Bonus:

Which vehicle has the least ammount of speakers in it's factory setup?

I can't seem to find one with more than 10 (MB S600). There are some with 8 and 9 around.

For the Bonus question, my '66 came with 0! but if you mean current models, as of a couple of years ago, you could get a ranger with no stereo. I don't know for sure, but i would bet 2 would be the minimum.

Yes, and here's an interesting tidbit. The BMW 8-Series (R.I.P.) could be had with 14 eek Where the hell do they fit them in a coupe?

Remember to count Subwoofers built into seats, and don't forget packages like AMG or M. By factory, I mean any factory equipped stuff, even if it was Blose or Panaphonics, as long as it came from the factory to the dealership that way.

Lexus LS430? i think it has 11 speakers. Totally forgot about it in my first search.

The 8 series had a pair of 3way components in the front, two way in the rear and two subs, IIRC.

I have to look it up Dave. I think Volvo had a 12 speaker setup in the S80 T6. My uncle got an S80 with a base stereo and it had 8 so I can see 12... funny story, he was telling me about his car, and he mentioned the 18" rims (lie) and how he hit a curb and bent one (lie) and then paid $2000 for a replacement (lie) and how the car handled better that the 540i he tested (lie) and that he spent $65K on it (lie) even though he bought it used. Then he started in on the stereo. I started inwardly laughing and finally told him his stereo sucked (not a lie) We went outside and as we got closer to the car I mentioned how wheel sizes work, and that he has 17s (nice, so why lie about them?) We popped in Big Shiny Tunes 4 and it sounded like ass. He than noted that the recording quality on the CD was very poor and that was the reason it sounded so crappy (lie) So we threw it in my cousin's Stellar (4 pioneer 10's remember?) and I think he almost cried. Then we went to Mean Green and you can guess the rest. Now he refers to me as a pompous arrogant bigot who thinks he knows everything about cars laugh (finally the truth) I e-mailed him a few weeks later with the only site I could find about the S80. I'll put up the link when I find it...

Yeah, but he keeps telling me he's going to beat the crap out of me... ??????? WHAT? I'm 6'2" 210lbs and this out of shape old fart is going to beat me up... sure. My other uncle got a Taurus SHO and never said a word about it's price (I loved that car, I washed it for him every week. It was a newer style with the V8) Hell, when I got my car I didn't even brag! And my car was really nice when I got it! Now it's outside covered in mud with 95000KMs on it... poor Mean Green... frown

Today's question:

Do the moderators ever read my posts, and if so why is this topic not yet locked?

For the bonus:

What would happen if you stuck your hoo hoo dilly in a pencil sharpener?

Good Luck!

The moderators of this forum are almost never ever here. I have volunteered my services at least 10 times but they must not trust me.

Bonus answer: I am much to large to fit into a pencil sharpener. As I suspect you are since you said you have a 5 foot hoo hoo dilly... Now, for someone the size of Roland, there is very little danger because when your the size of a golf tee, there is not much chance of hurting yourself.

Actually Dave, I'm five feet long, but thin as a twizzler. I use my long john for things like water skiing and wearing as a scarf in the long winter months (if I had photoshop right now, I could shut this topic down in less than five minutes....)

Has anybody been keeping track of points? I think it's just us three left... sigh... we are the only people disgusting enough to withstand this type of "humor" laugh

Need photoshop? I can get u a copy (and that's not a "sell it in the classified's" ploy because I wouldn't be selling it )

I don't know about the new volvo's but ours is pretty good. Sounded better than our Nissan Blows, Ford Gay-B-L and the lexus we had before it eek Of course it's not a macintosh exactly

Every time I come online I wonder if the forums will be up
