Wow, that is a good deal, wish I had some 16s so I could get in on that. I know it would be double posting, but maybe posting in the wheel and tire section would get more attention.

maybe, I can look however a 225-55-16 isn't going to throw your speedo off very much at all.

Its the performance, not the speedo that I'd be concerned about. There is a significant difference between the stock 215/50/16 and 225/55/16. If you can get the firehawk sz-50 in the size I listed above, I'd definitely be down for a set

Yeah I can see where you're concerned I just did some number crunching and here's what I came up with for sidewall height.. I don't know if you'd notice it that much, but you might , not sure really.
215*.50=107.50/25.4=4.232
225*.50=112.50/25.4=4.291
225*.55=123.75/25.4=4.872

so in conclusion a 225 50 would only be about .059 inches or .14986 cm off as where a 225 55 would be about .640 inches or 1.6256cm off.

Don't sway your decision but could you feel 1.6 cm of sidewall height while cornering?? also the stock tires, firewahwk gta-02's have a lot weaker sidewall than even a 60 series sz-50 so handling would be gretly increased no matter what.

thanks for your interest

Just to specify, I would be interested in the 205/55/16 S-02's.. or the 225, possibly, either way, I prefer the S-02..
and the wife says "yes"... I can get them.. any idea on how much these things weigh? I need them shipped to 39564 MS (Ocean Springs/Biloxi area)

Thanks.... Ray
