I saw this item on Ebay, the seller claim this little sensor could give you up to 20 hp ,is it true?did anyone try it?

This auction is for an Intake Sensor Modification Resistor. This modification resistor will give you very similar results that an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) upgrade chip will do. This modification connects to your intake sensor. It works by fooling your ECU into thinking that the air coming into the intake is colder therefore causing it to advance the timing and letting out the fuel supply creating more horsepower. This is a resistor that will modify your Air/Fuel ratio and slightly change your engine timing to run stronger and with increased power.

Great people have done great things with little or no money to start off with!!!!

I guess this just doesnt qualify here does it?
Basically don't waste your money. Theres bigger and better things out there that cost way more, but actually give you some gains.
