When at a stop the engine has a throbbing or rough sound/feel to it. It goes in cycles but there is no rpm increase or decrease. It all started after having the engine pressure washed. Already replaced plugs and wires and it help for a day but now its back. Could it be the coil pack? Is there anyway to test it? Thanks, John

It can be hard to test the coil pack since this probably will never show up on a meter.

Put an inductive timing light on each wire when it happens and look for the missing output.
