We replaced the power supply, but that doesn't seem to have fixed our spontaneous reboot problems. It is either the motherboard or a CPU that is going bad.

Meanwhile the server is running on one CPU only and therefore I have turned the search feature off. We may have to buy some new hardware as trying to troubleshoot a hardware problem can take quite a long time and turn out to be a fruitless endeavor.

New motherboard is on its way. The voltage regulation circuitry for the CPU's appears to have leaking capacitors. This seems to be causing our CPU instability.
