What are everyone's experiences with these guys? I have been trying to talk to them on the phone now for a couple of days but they wont return any of the messages that I leave. I call during business hours but always get the answering service. Just wondering if anybody else has had similar problems. I am trying to buy one of their torque braces

Well...I just saw Alex the other week. He's a busy guy, and I'm sure he will call you. Any time I've dealt with PF (either Brad or Alex) they have always been great.

Yeah Alex is hard as hell to get ahold of. However I talk to him about 2 times a week and I'll let him know he's got messages(he seems to forget sometime ).

I used their email because I had problems reaching them by phone and I got pretty quick responses that way.

I had great experience with them when purchasing items however the group buy on the exhaust was a bit of a hassle. After about7/8 months I finally got ahold of Brullen themselves to take care of their own mistake. However I tried to go through PF and could never get a hold of anybody or have anyone respond back. But overall buying item are good.
