Ok, I'm just bored and trying to do some more mods, one's that are relatively inexpensive...I was thinking about the exhaust...I have Trubendz with a magnaflow muffler, optimized Y, and gutted pre-cats...Will replacing the stock cat with a hi-flow unit do anything for me? I've heard the stock unit is already technically hi-flow, but I'm not sure. Basically, is a hi-flow cat a worthwile mod?

No, it would not be worth getting.

Ok, I definetly appreciate the response, but I guess I should have elaborated on my original question more...Why isn't it worth doing, i.e., is the stock unit hi-flow?

The stocker is a high flow unit. A muffler shop guy was checking into the specs and said the OEM replacement for our car was rated up to like 250 HP. You may be able to improve flow slightly by going with a 2.5" input high flow rated at like 300 HP, but you'll need to re-mod the y-pipe, and then you probaly want bigger cat back plumping, etc. (Exhaust work is never really 'done' it seems...) A lot of money for very little gain, and probably more noise.
