can someone tell me how???

you need to have them hosted on the net so try this place they are free
www.photobucket.com

If picture you want to post is on the internet:

right click on picture, click properties.
highlight address for picture
right click and select copy
click reply or new post
click "Image"
paste text into box and click OK
preview post to make sure picture will show
submit reply/post

If picture is on your hard drive:

Upload picture using www.photobucket.com or similar
right click on picture and click properties or highlight address.
highlight address for picture(skip if you highlighted above)
right click and select copy
click reply or new post
click "Image"
paste text into box and click OK
preview post to make sure picture will show
submit reply/post

Maybe someone should create a how-to and make it sticky in the Pics and Videos section? I'm sure a lot of people have the same question.

Also, I use www.uploadit.org , another option for free hosting. The only downside is that if you don't save the link at the time the pic is uploaded you have to upload it again(you can't view a list of previously uploaded pics).
