It doesnt seem to be as bad as it used to be. I pass it every once in awhile I I go that way to a bar. Theres quite a few drinking holes on Division and State.

Cabrini is not that bad even at night...just don't do anything stupid. Robert Taylor homes were bad. On some nights you could see lasers going from building to building. A lot of stuff went on there that you didn't hear on the news.  That is a place you didn't want to drive through at night.
