You READ the manual? Wow! Don't you know that will posion your mind? 
The thing that PISSES me off is that they change the release date on this:

Anyone have an idea what the upper rpm limit will be on this thing's inductive pickup?
No, I'm not planning on building *that* wild of a 3.0, but it sure would be nice to be able to also use this on the bike(12k redline).

Seems like I read somewhere that the rev limit was somewhere around 12K but don't quote me on that... and if you haven't read the manual.. do so

yah, my buddy used it on his dirtbike, granted it's not a 12K rice-rocket - but it worked really well for him!
