what is the difference (performance wise) between the CSVT and the mondeo?

Same engine. Almost identical performance If you're going SVT to ST.

As long as you mean ST200 and not ST24.

2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.

Was the ST24 sort of like the early SE?
