can aging springs causing camber to change cause tire to rub against suspension components?

any ideas

If springs did age, which I don't think they do, then
I suppose aging springs could cause a slight change in camber, throwing it slighty more negative, thus causing a small rub on the suspension. I'd say yes, its possible, although I have never heard of aging springs.

if not aging springs
then how about weathered springs or rusting springs changeing spring rate.

yesterday while within the rain I must have hit something nov visible damage but when I go into a puddle of water while turing to the left I get this screeching rubbing high pitch sound
