OP 10mmFeeder Hard-core CEG\'er 1 Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 1,012 North Carolina	Hey I was wondering if anyone in NC knows what the laws are concerning exhaust. I was planning on chopping my mufflers, but really don't feel like getting any tickets. So if anyone can inform me, I'd appreciate it. I know the muffler shop will tell me when I go, but I just thought maybe someone could pre-warn me........

I can drive beside cops/in front of, and I have no muffler or resonator and they don't care. Cumberland was cool with it but this year thier going to start doing emissions, instead of just saftey inspections, but there are plenty of counties that don't do emission.
